How Much Boost On Stock Injector's?

How much boost are the stock injector's capable of handeling? Just curious.

with the stock turbo you can run up to a MAXIMUM of 23 psi boost (20-22 is generally recommended the max but 23 is pretty much the cutoff limit as far as the turbo being efficient)

as long as you have a good fuel pump, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and correct chip, the stock injectors will go low 12's totally maxed out...with stock injectors and turbo i ran 12.20 @ 112 mph with 23 psi and race gas...tried 25 psi one time and almost blew up the motor the charged air was so hot

like 50 psi trust me i'm sure the duty cycle of those injectors at the time were like 120%+

I know what detonation is but I have seen the term KNOCK on here a lot, What exactly is knock?

Knock is detonation registered by the knock sensor. The amount of knock one is seeing is usually described in degrees of retard that the computer cuts back the timing in response to the knock sensor registering knock.

This data comes from scan tool readings.

Individual knock counts (raw sensor output) can also be used to describe knock but this doesn't factor in the time variable that the computer uses to cut back timing. (30 counts in a second is much worse than 1 count per second for 30 seconds, though both are 30 knock counts)
