Hopefully you experienced alky freaks can help. I'm using Red's 107 chip, have the alky set to come on around 12lbs and the pressure set on 10, and i have about 3 gallons of 94 mixed with about 5 gallons of 110. I have the car set at 42lbs. of fuel and 23lbs. of boost. Does anybody have any experience with a combo similar to mine? Can I use a little more boost or is that it?
I think the car was loaded up on fuel beginning around 4600 rpms.

Do you have a scan tool? By running 110 you are going to kill your O2 and make it unreliable. Xylene would work better.

You should be able to squeeze a little more out of it if you are not getting knock yet. Dont forget you are running a race chip and race timing, so that will limit your boost a little.

If you dont have a scan tool I wouldnt turn it up at all. I would turn it down

You are running the 44 now right?
 
Every once in a while you will hear of someone getting more power by turning the boost down, and making their adjustments at the boost level the turbo is the most effecient.

My 44 seemed to want to stop at 23 psi, using propane. Almost the same with Alchy (2 stage) at 22.5 psi. That was limited testing, and I'm working on an electrical problem right now, so I won't know the exact limits for a while. Who knows where the te-44 sweet spot is, but you are pretty close to it from what I've heard.

I had better luck with the alchy by delaying the turn-on point as long as possible. Otherwise it tended to flood. (drown spark) Note that I use a low timing chip, so you may be fine where you are at, and this may not work for you.

You may be drowning the spark, so Maybe less alchy, or straight denaturted?
 
Your set up is very close to my Ltd. although I have never used race gas with this car (and never will). I also use Red's 107. I run around 25-26# boost. Turn on point as late as possble like you, around 14-15# with max pump speed. I like to tickle the knock detector with about 2-3* in third gear. I pay little attention to O2v and monitor the EGT. My car likes 1450-1475*. Sounds a little low but it is consistant.
