How much faster on a LT-72

If I were to change from a TE 45-A to a LT-72 with the A/R staying the same (.63)how much faster will I go?With the same combo as I have below,Or will I be able to go the same just with less boost?

People that have gone from the 66 (45a) to the 70 are seeing .3 to .5 seconds and 4-6 MPH increases.

The 45a wheel is very efficient, especially at high boost levels.
