I have one of the first PTE turbo savers that came with a -6 line and fittings. I noticed the newer ones come with a -4 line. I have been having some smoking issues at times and I am trying to eliminate all possibilites. How Much oil does a standard bearing turbo really need? This motor is fresh and the turbo has about 1000 miles on it. The turbo is a PT-70-1. I run 10-40 oil and have about 25psi idle hot. I was thinking about tapping some threads into the oil fitting and loctiting a set screw in there and just drilling it out to the proper size. What is the smallest size hole I could get away with and still have proper lubrication? Anyone? thank, jeremy
