How to check this new fan setup

Just finished up my dual fan setup but do not have quite everything together yet. Before i finish everything is there a way that i can somehow check it for operation before i get it all back together? Somehow just turn the key to ignition, but not start the car and somehow trick it on.

the stock ecm will not run the fan with the engine not running. is the delay relay still in the car? You can always try grounding the trigger wire to the fan relay.
