How to do a side by side Garret VS Precision exhaust housing comparison?

I have a PTB 003-6031 turbo with the Precision housing and I am going to put a Garret .63 housing on it.
What type of tests should I do?
And how do I document them?

Tap the exhaust manifold and install a line to measure backpressure and data log it. There is a lot more involved in testing or comparing to other cars since torque converter stall speed and tune will effect spool up
