either somone had gas cap off with car running or cap not tight--in that case clear code and it wont come back.
or you have a leak in your evap system in that case you will have to find and fix the leak to get the code to stay off

first thing to do is get code cleared see if it comes back 90% of the time its a loose gas cap

You need to smoke it. By that I mean have a shop with a evap smoke machine test your car to find where the leak is.

+1. It will be found very fast with the smoke. Smoke it again after you think you have it fixed to make sure you didnt miss any other leaks.
