How to get turbo off

Decided to finally take the turbo off today. Got everything off except for the line that is in the back. I ASSume that this is the oil return line. The two bolts that hold it in place seem impossible to reach. Is it possible to disconnect the line on the block easier. How do you get this thing off?

If it's the oil return line; it's just held in the intake by a rubber grommet.
Should be able to pull it out. Might be stuck if its been in awhile.

yup, just pull it out!

(and your hair, when the time comes to aim the end of the tube back into the grommet!)
