How to post a pic

Every time I try to attach a pic, it sends me to this "search results" type page that says the page I'm looking for wasn't found. WTF?

Can't attach a pic here, you'll need to put it up somewhere on the net and post a link to it.

I see others doing it. It happens when I try to post a pic on other sites as well.
