How to read the date code on a Delco Relay? Anyone?

I have an Original Delco Fan delay relay new in the box GM # 25527402. There is a 4 digit number below the "Made in USA" print that I think is a date code. 6265 which I THINK is the 265th day of 1986. Anyone know for sure?
