Today while it was 35 degrees and sunny, I deciced to wash my car, and when I was done, it looked BAD and i felt ashamed, emberassed, and dirty:(:biggrin:. Ive been told that I need to...

1) rinse, scrub with a car wash scrub brush, rinse, wax, dry with towel 2) use a wash mit with some armorall wax soap or turtle wax from autozone,
rinse with warm water, tires, dry with towel
3) wash and clean tires first, rinse tires, wash middle and then work down,
then down, doesnt really matter, air dry or with towel
4) wash top to bottom, tires last, caranuba wax, air dry

I did number 2, and there looks like there are grease spots on the panel below the rear window, andlong the bottom of the passenger door.

Not me.. it was 22 here in New Hampster .... I paid A 10 spot for a drive thru wash & undercarridge wash.

I use that Mr Clean Self Dry wash without the fancy "gun" and I wait until it rains. Let the car get wet, throw the soap on it, use the car wash type brush I bought and let the rain rinse it off. Pull in the garage and dry it off and it is always like I had it detailed. Never a spot. I always get comments on the car. I think I have washed it around 4 times in the last 5 years now.
