How to remove window regulator??

I need to remove my manual crank but not sure how to do it. Does it require only removing the bolts or do I have to drill out some rivets???

I know this is not a very interesting or technical topic but there must be somebody out there that has replaced these?

The regulator is riveted in. This is not a big deal, just drill the three rivets out. Before you do, make sure you have supported or removed the window glass. For install, you can either rivet or use small bolts and nuts.

They just did a window regulator replacement on Two guys garage last week on the speed channel. Maybe the episode will air again this weekend or during the evening.
