How to restore the factory 1987 Turbo T steering wheel

Hey Guys,
I have a question on how to restore the factory leather wrapped steering wheel on my '87 Turbo T. Any information on how to do it or if anyone knows of any business or person that does this. If anyone can provide any information, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

I went with the lady on eBay. If you can part with approx $200 then I recommend her.
