How to spot a clone T-Type

I recently purchased a 1983 buick t-type and i want to know if it is a clone or not. The registration states its a t-type, but some of the badging is incorrect maybe. Also how do i tell if it is a matching numbers car? (i'm dont know where to find the casting numbers) u will be seeing many more post from me because I am working on this car for my senior project and have many more questions. I know the car is rare, and i know for a 1983 this car has alot of wiring also.

83 did not have the vin 7 for turbo car was a different number

I believe the 83 turbo vin is the number 8...in the 8th position...don't quote me on that.:redface:
