how to stop the window rattling in the door?

Hey guys, I want to tighten my door up due to the windows rattling when they are not all the way up. I have a few questions maybe some of you can answer. The pass side window going up is slow as ****, they are famous for that. should I buy a new OEm motor or is it a voltage problem? also Kirban sells a anti-rattle kit for the doors, should i buy it or there are other options??
