How to Test Coil Packs?

What do you do to test the coil packs?

As a general test you can use an ohm meter.. Take a reading from each coil, front and back terminal. Reading should be somewhere between 11k to 13k ohms..

From each terminal, you mean pick the far left in the front, and the far left in tha back and I should get a reading?


What if you get some High Resistance readings? Does it matter if the coils are on the car or not?
