You could use the 200-4r filter which is a top feeder, however most opt for the bottom feed filter . Its just the 700-4r filter. You can get this from a GM dealer or jobber or any auto parts store.

You will need to grind down the filter support posts that are located on the pan bottom or the 700-4r will be squished and damaged when installing the pan.. Be careful not to take too much off as you only need to remove about 1/4". Filter will sit at an angle, so more has to be removed from the two rear posts. Do a search & you can find more information. Easy to do & takes maybe 5 minutes.
A deep pan and 700-4r filter are one of the best (and easiest) mods you can do for your transmission.
