Since the Hurst Line Lock has 3 outlet ports, is there any reason why I should have 1 outlet port going to a "T" for the front 2 brake lines to screw into?? Why not just connect the front 2 lines directly to the Line Lock outlet ports with correct fittings??
So to clarify, what I'm suggesting:
1) Remove both front brake lines from PV, plug 1 of the ports on the PV.
2) Run a single line from Prop valve to input LL.
3) Connect the 2 front brake lines that were just disconnected from the Prop Valve directly to LL.
4) Plug 3rd outlet port on LL.
The directions suggest this:
1) Remove both front brake lines from PV, plug 1 of the ports on the Prop Valve..
2) Run a single line from Prop valve to input LL.
3) Run single line from LL to Union "T".
4) Connect both front brake line to ports on Union "T".
5) Plug the 2 other outlet ports on LL.
I'm just wanting to eliminate the Union "T".
And as for the brake light, if the LL is mounted after the PV, there will definitely be no brake lights since there's no pressure in the PV....or will there be no brake lights period unless the pedal is pressed if there's a button on the pedal arm....Am I missing something here??
