Hydroboost Nightmare

I am still fighting my hydroboost problem on my 83 T-type. I pick up one cheap off a 84 T-type which left a gap in the firewall when bolted up. The car still has no brakes. Also, it leaking all over the shop floor. I need some serious help. I am not sure the hydroboost was bad to start with. I did a search and I did not find much. Also, I have not been driving the car so now the transmission is hung up. I have no reverse. I changed the fluid but no reverse and no brakes really sucks. I need some help fellas! Thanks, B.

The 83 was the first year for this system in the regal. They moded it after the first year. That is why you have the hole. I would try to rebuild the orginal one and reinstall it.
What were the brakes doing befor you replace th HB?
