In the last two days I have received 4 phone calls from one particular group of customers. Three in one area of the country and one in another. The thing that they all had in common was this. They all had a request for us to honor. They all purchased a substantial $ amount of parts. So, I am thinking , "What was this "request" they had ? "
I explained to them that by ordering this week they would be taking advantage of being locked into this years prices which change on the 1st of Jan, 03, even if we ship after that date. Well, this is where their request came in. They requested that I not invoice the products till Jan 1, 03 so they could be the first customers to pay the increase, so that we could use the profit to invest into our new shop somehow, somewhere!
I was stunned!!!
WE4 speechless!!!!!..... Now there is a sight!!!
I thought that was just one of , if not the, coolest things anybody ever did for me. I did not ask for a reason they all just said we want to contribute to the new facility and this is how they choose to do it.
I'll tell you guys and gals, I am still taken back by this and will never forget it.
I knew we had some of the greatest people around, and everyday I learn more and more, why.
You 4 guys KNOW who you are and I will not disclose but, I for the most part, cannot express my appreciation enough.
I thought it too cool not to recognize....
