So as I was trying to put back up my trans, and having a really hard time getting it to line up, I was looking at all the things that were hanging around the trans and realized waht I had done when I pulled it down....I broke the plastic part of the trottle cable(that's the thing over by where the cooler lines hook up right?) SHould I try to put it back together or does anyone know where to get a new one? btw....I think it is sooooooooooooooooooooo worth it to convert to a manual...I never have had sooooooo much problems with a trans before!(This is my first automatic)

I don't know if it will help you now, but I have cut the ears off my 200 4R, sure made it alot easier to install, slipped right past my dual exhaust, without any twisting and turning. I got this idea from another site, and it works great. I just had to get creative to secure the torque inspection cover!

Its called a TV (throttle valve) cable. That is the only cable attached to the trans and it is hooked on the same side the cooler lines are.
Go to your local GM dealer and order a new one.
