I did a Einstien move today in the GN

Headed down to the DMV today to get my Tags. DMV and Alaska State Troopers is in the same building.

So Im about a block away and at a red light, light turns green and I roll thru the intersection. So then I get the urge to feel some boost and hammer it, spiinning all over the place..shut it down at about 50.. I look behind me and guess what.... Duhhhh a State trooper was right behind me at the intersection. NICE ONE DEN!!! should of looked in the mirror before hitting the hammer...

So of course he pulled me over right at the Cop shop for all my Trooper buddies to see me and laugh!

So here comes the trooper up to the window. Only thing I could think to say was " Well that was a real friken Classic! Classic dont you think?" :biggrin: I could tell he was haveing a hard time keeping a straight face... So as it turns out he says, you know to tell you the truth, when I pulled up behind you at the intersection, I turned of my radio so I could hear your motor.. and I got to hear it all right!!

So befor it was all over we had the hood up on the GN checking out the motor, he was a gear head thank God!

Let me of with a warning and said, Man, just dont do that in front of me ok??

My dad did that in our 66 GTO in Dallas one 4am...when the smoke cleared, cops were all around him :O They just wanted to see the car when it was all said and done

As far as stupid: My friend was driving his 60 El Camino and swirved TOWARDS a squirrel, missed it, and alerted a cop. The cop says: "Boy, that's the DUMBEST thing I've seen all day!" He got a ticket if I remeber correctly
