Well I bought this car in Houston TX around 1992 and I gave $3100 for with 104,000 miles on her. I wrecked it on my way to work one morning and decided I really didn't like Rosewood. How stupid was I? So I thought it would be cool to have a yellow Buick, after all I loved my mom's 1987 yellow IROC-Z. Anyway I really couldn't afford to buy a new power master amongst several other things month after month, so I sold the car to my best friend in around 1994 He new what he was getting his self into. He then sold it after driving it for a few months, still with no brakes. I was told he had sold it to someone up north, I think around KY. I was just wondering if anybody knows the where a bouts of my Rose colored Banana.

I wonder if that is the Indiana Banana? I think they bought that car on the east coast though. Plus it had/has GNX fender flares on it and yellow fiberglass bumpers.

Badass color and car!

Had a chrome yellow 71 Chevelle in '92 over in Hawaii. Was a great island cruiser. I shipped it home when I got out of the service and people used to stop, stare, and point at my car and laugh. Go figure. I loved that car. It took years for that bright yellow to come into fashion.

Here's the only pic I have left of it. It's sitting next to my 70 Chevelle SS396 I recently sold.

Robby, isnt that the car that you sold to Joe(I cant remember his last name)?
If it is I remember him beating the crap out of that car around town and then bitchin about all the problems he had with it. I wonder why he had problems???? Thats the only yellow one I can think of that was in LC at the time. Later. JW
