i found a bolt in the motor

I pulled the oil pan to change the gasket today and i found a lot of bearing again and a bolt in front of the front main in the bottom of the timimg cover, this is a small and short bolt , would it be to the cam gear maybe.

sounds like a cam bolt

looks like its going to rain on my track rental day too

Yup the bolt was from the cam, the thing was falling off.

the bad news is that when i pulled the pan to fix the gasket i found lots of bearing in the pan AGAIN. I have to get it to emissions in a month or they take my tags.

lost a bearing but won the race
