well maybe we will both learn something:)

I've got a BB 8330 Curve, and for the most part, it's been a good phone, but every once and awile I have to pull the battery to get my ringer to work again. My biggest gripe is I wish the screen was larger to read and had better web support, but hey, it's a company phone and it's free so what do you expect. Been looking at a droid, but wow it's a bit bulky and certainly heavier.

BB storm here I hated it at first but now love it. almost gave up on it but after 3 weeks started to figure stuff out and started to like it. New storm prob a lil better because of the wifi . Most of my friends have the I phone its got a lot more as far as aops and a lil better for web brousing. But the storm does fine for me. I hate AT&T. Just posted this from my storm. Being able to use turbobui k.com from my phone is really handy!

Just picked up the Motorola Droid for me and the wife.

Lotsa bells and whistles for sure. It's gonna take a while to learn all of its functions.

The Nexus One is coming to Verizon in less than a month. I have one on TMobile's system. Its a fantastic phone. I'd wait on that before I bought a Droid.

I will do some research on it, THANKS.

X3 I'm in the same boat. My contract was up two weeks ago. All of the Verizon smart phones leave a lot too be desired. I really want a iPhone. But don't want AT&T. And the Droid just doesn't do it for me. The Eris doesn't look bad though.

If you dont care about a physical keyboard, Im tell you, wait on the Nexus One. Its the most powerful android phone on the market and it's Google's baby so it sees all the operating system updates first.

That's more or a less what everybody has been telling me. The Android OS is going to take a good bit of Apple's business. Mainly because it is going to be used on so many different phones. And everyone is getting tired of Apple's control freak attitude of the iPhone.

If your plan is up in April, go AT&T and get the iPhone. It has literally changed my life.

It changed my life too.. Made me broke. I was paying almost $160.00 a month for service. I switched to Sprint and my bill dropped to $99.95 a month. I JUST switched to TMobile to get the Nexus One and my bill dropped to $79.95 a month for unlimited everything.

ATT has come down tho. You can get unlimited everything through them for about $120 now.

i live in a decent boost area. i'm thinking about buying the bb curve 8330 for the 250.00 and paying 60.00 a month for unlimited everything. i tend to keep a phone for several years before it's get broken.

I have a Sprint BB 8330 I'd let go reasonable if that works on Boost. I think theyre a spinoff of Sprint anyways.

Jay-

If that is compatable with Verizon I will take it for my son.

I dont know if it is or isnt. Its a CDMA phone but Verizon may use a different band. Sprint is funny about activating non-Sprint phones on their network, Verizon will activate anything if it will work.
