Well Today ends my 6 months of debauchery, and general doing nothingness (if you so callit). Tommorow is my first day to college to earn some degrees. FInally taking my Buisness and accounting 160 and Its good to flex the ol noggin out instead of playin with my ps3... chattin with my women and watching my car catch dust. I was fortunte to place pretty high on my CASR test so that cuts down on the level of difficuly classes I have to take instead of 5 math classes i take 2 or 3, and I dont need reading classes and only 1 or 2 english classes... the con is, Ive gone over my syllabus and I have about 45 hours of homework due by friday and I have 3 books with 70 chapters each (each chapter avgs 20 to 30 pages) and if you cant tell by my typing ive already started and im extremley tired...

Time for me to knucle down, get my Urkel glasses, and git er done!!

Best of luck to you! School sucks, bad. but everyone keeps telling me it'll be worth it in the end, so i'll pass it on... it'll be worth it in the end!!! lol

PS: not to hijack, but i'm gonna... did you suburban really run a 15 flat? reason i ask is i have a 94 k1500 p/u, it's stock (k&n, muffler delete) and there is NO WAY that pig would run a 15 ought. if so, congrats! thats purdy cool man.

(thats my best guess what it will run when Im done with my mods..its all in the heads. Get a set of vortec heads, port em, get a nice TBI spacer, K&N filter, Tubular headers, gut the cat, ditch the muffler and get a a cheap intake, 180 thermostat, and make sure its rear wheel drive too much power lost on 4x4.Im almost done)

as someone who is FAR from an expert, but knows a little about the TBI platform, you'll forgive my skepticism until i see a timeslip i wish you all the luck (and tailwinds) in the world! that will/would be a killer sleeper. but i don't see a stock cammed tbi 350 even with vortec heads pushing a 4500+ lb, 4wd mochine to 92 mph in the 1320.

but go for it! and post some pics.

I thrive off skepticism... Another thing that helps to is to increase the fuel pressure a little bit, and if you have about 2500 to spend, invest in a vortec supercharger, and I guarantee you that will get you atleast high 15s. I also put my truck on a weight diet, and Im going to ditch the transfer case and front axle in the future.

Good idea! You have half of the battle over which is going in the first place. Do your work, enjoy the women, and put the knowledge to use! Good luck!

Congrats man. If I were to give any advice I would say keep things balanced. Do a couple hard classes a semester mixed with a few electives. Don't put your core classes off until the end. Start knocking them out now and you'll have more fun junior and senior years.
