I Replaced the turbo and now shes freakin!

Hello, maybe you can help me. I replaced my smoking TA-49, with a stock turbo for now. Only problem is, now she starts up in the morning with the shakes, the 'Check Engine Light' keeps coming on, the Scanmaster ll seems to be acting weird, she's also twice the gas eater than before and she's also smoking a little bit and it smell like fuel. So obviously she has to be adjusted, but I don't know how. If you can help me in anyway I would really appreciate it. Thank you, Nelson.

Did you change the chip when you swapped? Everything hooked up correctly as well?

Either you messed up something and it prolly put the ecm into limp mode or the ecm is going. Regardless the scanmaster shouldn't act wierd. Try to borrow an ecm to test it out. Mine was cutting in and out popping, sometimes wouldn't rev past 3500 or so before it died.

Exaust leak? Turbo gasket? Air leak? sounds like a cylinder is not firing, or something easy to find. Keep poking around. what did you touch? Check it out.
