I think I found why the car isn't running 100% AND my rattling noise..

Ok, i've been having this rattling noise in my engine, i thought the worst, a bearing or something

well i'm messing with the FP with the car running, i'll lookin around trying to pinpoint where the sound is coming from...

Well i'm watching the belt tensioner bouncing up and down a bit, enough to make that noise..

SOOOO with that bouncing around can that cause A)My charging system not to be 100% and for the car in general not to be running 100%?

I'm hoping for the right answer here

How many miles on that thar tensioner?

Take the belt off and check it.
