That dealer in North Kingstown knows exactly what he is doing, I traded my 96 Impala SS in on a WE4 that he had on his lot back in October/November 08. Back then he said he had a low mileage GN that another customer was parting with that was coming in real soon.
The people that traded in the WE4 I now have ended up getting a Camry if i remember right.
I believe his wife needed a car and money was tight for them.
I guess some people just don't want to bother selling these cars outright and would rather trade them in and go the easy route.
