IAC numbers wont go down

My IAC numbers wont seem to go down past 45, ive used the gnttype.org and other wedsites instrustions to adjust it, but it wont go below 45. Everything else checks out on my scanmaster for example under 15 pounds of boost with TA-60 turbo i get 828 02 and 0.0 retard!

anyone else have this problem, is my IAC sensor bad?

Are you restarting the car after each adjustment on the screw ?
I had this problem recently and that turned out to be the problem..

ya im adjusting 1/4-1/2 a turn then turn the car off and restart it....

no but ill get one, but was hoping for some other insite......okay i give up there is not anymore insite or else someone would have said something....ill go buy another one
