Once the car is fully warmed up, turn the iac screw clockwise to lower the iac. The tps will probably rise so, count on resetting that as you go. Get it under 30 at idle warmed up.

be sure it is in Park, fully warm, and the AC is NOT on. 
Turn it a little at a time and keep restarting the car so it resets and you get the true value. As you turn it in, your tps will start rising. Before you start, You might set the tps idle around .38 and it might not go out of range on you.
