Well, i just made a post about my replacement MAF but i wanted to start a new thread on my IAC. I've been having a problem at idle and looked into adjusting my iac with the scanmaster. I've read through the previous posts concerning the " adjusting screw" or " throttle screw" but when i turn mine nothing happens.Right now the tip of the screw is barely touching the throttle stop and my reading on the scanmaster bounces from 69-82. From what i've read this number seems high. My idle has been fluctuating from 675-875rpms Any thoughts? Thanks, Mike

Steve Wood is the best! I used that procedure just this past summer on my 87 and all I can say is WOW it really makes a difference when the IAC and TPS are both where they need to be. And yes I had to shut it down several times. Just follow those instructions step by step and they work!

you said it..... WOW! what a difference!!!! the idle has such a different feel! the car runs much smoother but i still have some bugs to work out. i think i need new u-joints. After the IAC adjustment i put it in gear and it clunks the drive shaft. I also have to chase down a hesitation from a dead stop. Any suggestions
