Hey guys I'm kinda lost on this one i just put a new tt chip in the car since I have done that the cars idle has gone up to 1075 from about 800 so I'm trying to adjust the iac and tps tps is fine but iac I can't get blow 60 I got it down to 26 1ce then when I started it it shot up to 144 then back to 72 any ideas? Also is the plunger suposto move freely by hand?
