IAT Sensor

I am waiting for my IAT sensor to come in and I was wondering what drill bit size I will need to place it in the neck of my K+N. Is there any else I would need perhaps to make it stay in the neck, some type of adhesive???? PS Don't ask why I needed to replace that sensor!

Mine just stays in the rubber neck. It's a tight fit. Let me guess, you broke off the clip?

No...I mean I drilled a hole in the K&N's rubberneck than squeezed it in there. I didnt have to put any glue or whatnot to hold it in.

Thread on sensor is 3/8 NPT

If you have a unibit drill bit.. that may be your best bet going into rubber.
