I'm pretty sure I know the guy that does this. He was actually featured on 20/20 a couple of years ago. What they failed to mention is that he moonlights as a male stripper From NY to Groton CT. I used to be a bouncer at a club in Groton and saw this dude regularly. Then I move to Texas, turn on the tube and see this. I almost urinated on myself. He was actually showing a fully furnished and finished out silo. They are bad a$$. Not $1.5 million bad a$$.

We have one locally that has been converted to a middle school. History channel has a show about things that have been done with them and they showed some pics of the school.

1.5 mil with that much land. Doesn't sound too bad. My 1/7th of an acre here in lauderdale is valued at around $200-250k. Plus close to 30,000 sf of living space. Yeah its going to cost $10M to convert it yourself, but that's pocket change nowadays. Crap, a $1M bill just fell out of my pocket as I was typing this. :wink:
