ideas on more HP

i have a friend who just got a 3.8 supercharged motor out of a 98 LSS olds. what can be done for mods to this motor to make more HP electronically & mechanically. any ideas?
(He wants it to run like the Turbo regals if possible)

zzp and w body store both sell lots of go fast parts.

headers, downpipe, cat back exhaust, cai, 3.4" pulley, and pcm will put him close to 300 bhp.

step 1 get the race built tranny (trust me)
step 2 get zzp or cartuning turbo kit
step 3 hang on tight

A pulley boys quik change pulley system + A cone filter intake + ZZP intercooler + exhaust would make 300+ hp.
