I understand why my "power injection", "security" & "car is leveling" dont come on, but I have never seen "Low fuel", "washer fluid" & "seat belt"....did Buick not hook those up either?

I know I've seen my seat belt light come on when I start the car, but I think if you ever unhook the chime box under the dash, it kills the light too. The low fuel light was an option and for that you have to buy the module/bulb assembly that plugs into the back of the cluster, mine didn't come with one, but I bought it off of ebay. As far as the washer light, I wasn't even aware there was such a light on the dash, but there probably is.

That bezel was used in many cars from Buick. So I'm sure they just made it once and added the electronics as needed. I added the low fuel module in mine and I love it. Just last week I was out in the car and your looking at so many things you forget to look at the fuel gauge! Well it came on and reminded me :) I'm going to use the Power Injection for Alky when I put it on. From what I gather the Power Injection was something Buick thought about putting some type of Alky kit on the cars from the factory but it never happend. Like cwelk87gn said the Seat belt one should be working.. there is a plug behind the seat on the left side that might be unplugged or the module under the dash is dead. My module was messed up and I replaced it. Still in stock from GM for about 25 bucks. Looks like a pack of smokes. Car is leveling was something popular back in the 80's kinda like air bags that would fill up if you loaded a few fat ass's in the back seat :) I remember being in a limited back in the day and I heard the pump running to level the car and I asked the person who owned the car what it was. Hope that helps you out some ;)

You'll need to get the circuit board/bulb from a 1981-1985 Riviera. It wasn't an option on the Regals, they just happened to share a lot of cluster parts between the two models. And it was an option on Riv's too so not every car has one.

They pop up on eBay from time to time. Just visit some junk yards and I'm sure you'll find one in some 80's Buick
