What would cause a rough idle in park, but a smooth idle in drive?

It may still be rough in drive just covered up by the pressure in the drive train. Check your vac hoses again and check the MAP sensor.

Check to make sure that the disibutor is seated right.

When was the last time you changed the O2 sensor?
