I have replaced the stock fan with the dual ramchargers fan because my old fan stopped working. Now the new fan still doesnt turn on. So I replaced the relay for it. still nothing. I also checked the relay fuse and its ok. Does anyone have any ideas??? I need to drive this car everyday so any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

If you turn on the Air Conditioning, the high fan speed should turn on. Can you check for power at the wire going to the RC fan?

I am going to take the green wire and see if the high speed function works. Also when I bought the car there was a red wire that connect to another red wire on the fan. Since it is red could it be a power wire? anyone????

When I first got my T my fans wouldn't work on it. Tried a hot wire from the battery to it yet to test? Mine ended up being they had lost the ground to them! After fighting with it for a while I said the heck with this and ran a ground to the fan! Now it works perfect. Remember its not ONLY the hot you have to have to make it work Daniel Ray :D

I found out it was a fusable link at the starter. took a while to find that out but I did, I thought it was a ground toobut it was the link. thanks though.

So there was no power going to that relay with the large red wire right?
Then you fixed the fuseable link at the starter and it works fine?

Yes, there was no power going to the relay. the link was FRIED. i dont know how it was burned so bad, now I am looking for any bad grounds in the car.

no problem, I really enjoy my t-type but these cars can make you pull your hair out sometimes lol. What ever happened to just a good old distributor with one hot wire to make it work hahaha. Daniel Ray

hahaha seriuosly, it wasnt like this the 67 skylark I had!! that was a fast and easy fix....but not anymore!. its ok, i kindof enjoy, in a weird way.
