took the car over to West Coast Vettes to get her dynoed.. they run a Superflow dyno.. it's a really cool dyno, that can place loads on the wheels for wind drag and air temps, BUT it didn't like the GN. the tech and i spent 1 1/2 hours trying to get the car hooked up to read the RPM but nothing really worked.. the last thing we did was use the spark plug wire set up, but it was still jumping around a little bit and not really right on..
i did some pulls anyway.. the dyno only picked up my car's RPM to 5000 and stopped.. i shift at 6500RPM, so we were missing a extra 1500..
anyway, it pulled (and the car was HOT 170* due to running all the time with finding the lead problem) 564RWHP and 559RWTQ at 5000RPM
. the car was picking up 110RWHP every 1000RPM, so we think it would have pulled 700 to 710 and the tq would have been around 590 to 600..
