your combo is way more than should have been on 60s with e85 , thinking you could hold 4, 6,7 or 12 psi (your numbers ) is a frikkin joke
loosing the pcv meant you had considerable boost ,and loosing the line to the turbo there is no boost control it will go to whatever the turbo can produce
do a compression test ,pretty sure you blew the gaskets over boosting with inadequate fuel supply (leaned out) especially with a plugged fuel inlet making it even worse
if you're lucky its just a gasket and not a torched piston (common with diamonds) , torched head or deck surface , could even be damaged beyond that (rod and crank damage ) since you claim it was bullet proof
