Info on powerstroke I/C installation?

im going to attempt this myself also I work in a bodyshop at a Ford dealership so I have access to all the equipment to do what I want ill let ya know how progress comes. If anyone needs a IC from a powerstroke my cost is right around 250 for it which is pretty damn cheap.

you can catch them on ebay for 100-150 brand new

One of the keys is to mount the intercooler as low as possible. Getting it low will make it clear the header panel and you'll have to do less grinding in the headlight area with the tanks lower down. I can give more details if you need them.

thanks for the link. Are those specs right? the powerstroke I/C only flows 351cfm??

I don't know if the specs are right or not????? I'm thinking of modding one and trying it, I'm trying to find the part number for that intercooler now.
