Went to the track this weekend and the car lost MPH:(
Its surging just a little bit and i only notice it at about 900 to 1000 ft and stops just about the time i cross the line. I notice that when i hit the test button the injection light kind of blinks and doesnt stay bright and gets a little dim them bright:confused: Is this normal because i dont remember it doing that before. Im going to hook the volt meter up to the motor and see if its doing the same thing. Them im going to check the power supply to the control box to see if its holding a stable voltage.

Good idea you dont want to fry that motor! I'm thinking about alky myself from Razor, hope it has a warreny of some sort?

Razor gives great support :)
Even when he is out of town at BG he forwards his phone calls to his cell  Turns out the pump was hitting its factory pressure switch setting. The pump was drop shipped to me and had never been turned up from the 60# to over 100#. Now it no longer hits the presure switch turn off point and sprays solid :D The car was off from 3 to 6mph and im sure i would have run a 10.0 now that i got my 60fts back to 1.41 instead of the 1.57 i had on a 10.15
I guess this gives me a good reason to go back to the track and try for 9,s. It still went 10.17 at 130MPH because the 60ft was so much better...

Thanks Razor:D

Was the 'turning up' the part about turning in the allen screw on top of the pump 6 and one half turns?

I want to make sure I did mine right because it was drop shipped to me as well.

Ya
Because it got drop shipped the factory setting is 60# and 6 1/2 to 7 turns past the factory gets it up to over 100# is what Razor told me:)

Geno, glad it worked out.

Let us know when you finally break into the 9's.

Warranty, the pump comes with a one year warranty, all my components come with a 2 year. Tech assistance.. lifetime :D

Julio- I bought my pump from you at BG. I turned the allen screw 6.5 turns, per the instructions. Should I have done this, or did you do it already?

If I gave you the pump with the wires soldered/heat shrunk already then I did it. If I gave you the pump wire the red and black wires bare.. then it needs to be done. I also on the kits I pre-do this to, will mark on the installation instructions that it has been done as well.

You can look from the top, if the allen screw is about a few threads down from the top.. then it hasnt been done. If its about 10 threads down.. then its been done. You can always back it all the way out counterclockwise.. then start going down.. when you start feeling a tug of tension.. its done.

Any question.. pick up the phone and call :)

Thanks.
