You don't need them anyway.... I don't run any.

Just make sure that it doesn't fall into any critical areas and forget about it.

mine seems rather loose like it wants to come off or has a bad connection. are they even made still?

You can go to your local junkyard and pull one off most GM cars. Just make sure it looks pretty close; don't know if any differ or not. I personally would want it on there.

You can buy them at your local GM dealer, they are no different than the clips used on most new cars.

wire tie/ tie wrap here on one of mine that cracked and it is very secure

GM dealer, about $1 each if you can believe that. I was missing one too, can't imagine how it came off. Car had stock injectors that looked like they had never been out.
