I need info about the installation of the t.p.s and i.a.c? For instance ,I have to put teflon tape around the threads in the i.a.c? As you you guys can see it came with a gasket . Anything else I should know before this installation. Any hints or advice would be appreciated. I'm sure I'm going to screw it up again. Thats how you learn though.

I don't think you need any teflon tape. Just thread the IAC in & snug it up hand tight. That's a nice looking IAC. Where did you buy it?

its a back and forth thing
set the TPS .44 or so
set the IAC
the re-adjust the TPS
the re-adjust the IAC
very easy

when i did it
i didn't bother to get the IAC right (didn't care) the idle felt good so the number who cares
Pacecarta set it for me though.

Thanks guys. I'll install the parts in a day or two. I'll let you folks know how it goes..

^ i would like to see the voltage as i went through the sweep to see if there was anything out of the norm. He might get away with using a cheap TPS but its a shoot in the dark

It wasn't an auction. It was from one of those ebay stores. Just go to ebay and type Grand National T.P.S.

Stumble is gone! Hesitation is gone! Still have some fine tuning. Screwed it up first. Check engine light came on. Mal came on on the scanmaster but with tweeking all is well. Who says $17 bucks can't buy you happiness.
