Installing BMR lwr cntrl Arms

About how long should it take me to install these on my GN and are there any pointers you guys can give me to maybe make the install a lil easier. Do I have to have a lift or can I just use some jack stands? Any pointers would be appreciated )

Don't know about BMR's specifically, but generally jack stands and a floor jack are all you'll need. Get the car up on stands so you have room for the axel to drop to full extension. Remove both rear wheels. Use the jack under the diff to raise or lower the axel to take or give "slack." Do one LCA at a time..do not remove both LCAs at the same time.
