Installing Heads...Tips, Tricks?

I plan on installing my new heads tommrow with the local TurboRegal/Performance "Gewrew", and I mentioned something to him that I read on GNTTYPE for installing....

On GNTTYE it says to lay the Heads on the car so they are resting on the pins, then install, and fully seal the intake, after the intake is fully sealed you then torque down the heads.....has anyone used this method, and is there any downside to it?

I can always do it the old fashion way...Torque down heads then install the intake, but if there is a better way then I might as well go with it.

Im sure there are different ways to skin a cat.....

I do the heads first and then put the intake on with no problems.
