installing refurbished sun visors?

Hi my sunvisors on my 87 GN T-Top were falling down all the time so i bought new visors and new swivel brackets. i replaced the swivels and slid the visors on and they still fall down! is there something i'm missing? is there some kind of adhesive i'm supposed to use? thanks!

Joel, I think there is a plastic sleeve that goes over the swivel arm to stop this from
happening.Check with G body parts,I think Brian sells them.
