Whats the best way, with the throttlebody on or no?
I do mines with the TB attached it's a pain either way because the return tube.... Lube the grommet and the tube itself I used vasoline on mine it went right in I also climb inside the engine compartment

I like installation without the TB connected so I do not have to fight the cables.

Fwiw; Still being fairly new to this I've had mine on and off three times ... all without the TB. I've also gotten a lot better at it as well.

Well i have that bracket disconnected, is it hard to reconnect thw bracket once the turbo and throttlebody is connected?

With my xxxl size hands . . . Yes.
Everything is a compromise.

Just be careful not to strip out the aluminum when installing the throttle bracket.

I have always done without. Using an 86/87 return line with the nut cut off made install much easier. The stock return line is pretty short so its tricky.
