Intake gaskets

What is the difference in running a valley pan gasket vs. a two piece without the valley pan.

Without the valley pan the pcv valve will tend to suck more oil up into the thottlebody area..Some people use both just cut the valley pan off wear the 2 piece intake begins. I'm sure someone on here can post I picture because I've seen it before on this board.........

I have never run the two piece but I run the valley pan style to help keep hot oil from splashing onto the bottom of the intake manifold. Others may chime in with better info but that is my experience. :smile:
